The New Resident Mailing is sent quarterly to new homeowners in 63123 & 63125 welcoming them to our area. This is a great way to put YOUR BUSINESS in THEIR HOME!

You provide 300 half-page* inserts & $40 and we do the rest! Drop off inserts & payment by 1 pm on the deadline for that quarter. *Have so much to tell new residents that you need a full sheet? Simply double the price ($80) and fold the sheets (in half or tri-fold)!

Has designing and printing an insert been the reason you haven’t participated in the New Resident Mailing?
Our staff will design your insert and print it! For an additional $15, we will use your guidance to design & print a one-sided, half-page, color insert on white paper with your logo, services, discounts, contact information, etc. A proof will be provided for your approval. Deadline for this service is a week prior to the above deadlines.

E-Blasts are sent on Thursdays to over 500 member representative emails. They can promote a member’s own events, news, member-to-member special offers, discounts, or coupons. More than one member can be in each E-Blast, but they will be listed in the order they are scheduled.

E-Blasts are $25 each and each member can send up to two per month.

Camera-ready artwork must be submitted & fee paid by Monday before requested date to be sent. Image may be up to 8.5”x11”. Please send in pdf format. Image is clickable and may be linked to a specific webpage or email address.

Event Sponsorships

Support our events and gain additional exposure to the membership and community. Sponsorships may include signage at the event, media recognition, print advertising, and admission/tickets to the event.

Sponsorships begin at $100.

Meeting Sponsorship

General Membership Meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month. Sponsorship of the meeting is $125 and includes lunch for one attendee, 3-5 minute “commercial” during the meeting, exclusive rights to place materials at the attendee tables, the opportunity to donate an attendance prize and present it at the meeting, and recognition in newsletter and on website.

Newsletter Insert

Advertise your business, services, or event in the monthly newsletter sent to over 400 members (hard copy & electronic) and available on our website.

Member provides 400 inserts on 8.5" x 11" paper no heavier than 24 lb. May be two-sided. Cost is $100.
